Shipping Damage Settlement Policy:

The ladder is packaged with combination of card board, kraft paper,Styrofoam and shrink wrap. In
the event, the ladder is damaged during the shipping, the customer must report the claim within
one week after receiving and we will proceed as the followings.

Serious Damages: If the damages affect either the ladder functions or the safety concerns, the
seller would replace with a new ladder after the resolution of the case with the shipping carrier.

Minor Damages: If the damages is only create visual imperfections, the seller would offer
reasonable monetary compensation to settle (or the buyer may claim directly from the shipping
carrier). In the event, both parties could not reach an agreement, the buyer return (the buyer pay
return shipping) the item for full refund which would take up to 15 days after receiving the item.
Shipping:
-We ship the ladders via FedEx Ground from Michigan. The timing would depend on your shipping
address. Normally, you should receive the item in 2 to 7 working days after placing your order.
-All the orders will be shipped "without signature" so that the receiver does not need to present at
the time of delivery
-All the shipping related concerns (such as damages or lost) must be reported within one week of
delivery date (or intended delivery date)
